LLP Agreement contains all the basic information, rules, regulations and details of the LLP as well as its partners. It also contains the duties and rights of the Partners and other important clauses. However, after incorporation, it is very common that these details might get changed over the years due to various reasons. These changes may include change in Partners, Objects, Address, Capital contribution, profit sharing ratio or any other change related to the LLP. In such a case, the LLP Agreement needs to be amended accordingly and intimation for the same needs to be given to the concerned Registrar of Companies within a specified period of time.
