Partnership

The concept of Partnership is a group of people entering into an agreement, either written or oral, to carry on a business with an intention of sharing the profits earned out of such business. The relation between the partners under this situation is termed as a Partnership.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Partners- 2
  • Agreement
  • Intention of carrying on a business
  • Intention of sharing of profit.

Documents :

  • PAN Card of all Partners (Self attested)
  • Identity Proof of all Partners - Aadhar Card or DL or Voter ID or Passport (Self attested)
  • Aadhar Card of any 1 Partner
  • 1 Passport size photo of all Partners
  • Proof of Office address (Rental Agreement in the name of the Partnership)
  • Copy of Government issued Utility Bill of Office address (Not older than 2 months)

5 to 15 working days

  • Collection of documents
  • Drafting of Partnership Deed
  • Approval of Partnership Deed
  • Application for Registration
  • Application for PAN and TAN after registration
