Proprietorship

A proprietorship is an unincorporated form of business that legally has no separate existence from its owner. The owner is personally liable for all liabilities and Income earned and losses suffered are taxed on the individual's personal income tax return. A proprietorship may or may not have a distinct name from its owner. The formation of proprietorship is simplest, easy to operate and includes nominal cost.

  • One Proprietor

Documents :

  • PAN Card of Proprietor (Self attested)
  • Identity Proof of Proprietor - Aadhar Card (Mandatory) and DL or Voter ID or Passport (Self attested)
  • 1 Passport size photo of Proprietor
  • Proof of Office address (Conveyance/ Lease Deed/ Rent Agreement along with rent receipts/ Tax paid Receipt)
  • Copy of Government issued Utility Bill of Office address (Not older than 2 months)
