Addition / Cessation of Partners

Just like companies, LLPs too have people to manage the working and business of the LLP who are the partners/Designated partners. Every LLP must have at least 2 Designated Partners.

With expansion and growth of the LLP additional partners may be required for better management. Also, with time cessation of partners/Designated partners from partnership is a common event.
